We do not require you to create an account. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your name, phone number and the details you share, and use them only to answer your enquiry and manage your booking.
Booking and enquiry forms
When you use our booking and enquiry forms (bike rental, taxi or tour), the details you enter – such as vehicle, dates, route, number of people, your name and notes – are saved on this website so our team can follow up, and a WhatsApp message is prepared for you to send. We do not collect payment details. Your IP address is used only briefly to prevent spam and is not stored with your enquiry. To have your enquiry deleted, contact us using the details on our contact page.
